Onboarding

Network Design & Site Review

We kick things off with a site assessment. Our team will work with you to design a custom connectivity plan using our mesh upload, ensuring full coverage across your facility.

Hardware Customisation & Shipping

Each probe is calibrated and configured for your unique site conditions before shipping. Your shipment includes:

  • Monty Pro Probes
  • Gateway device
  • Power cables and quick-start cards

Gateway Setup

Plug your gateway into mains power and connect it to your network. Don't worry - we'll walk you through it with:

  • A simple setup guide
  • Optional video call assistance
  • Configuration with your IT team (if needed)

Probe Activation

Once your gateway is live:

  • Place your probes into windrows or compost piles
  • Open the Monty Pro Platform and sync each probe with one click
  • You'll start seeing data the same day

Platform Training & Reporting Setup

You'll receive access to our cloud-based dashboard where we'll help you:

  • Configure data upload schedules
  • Set up your first reports and alerts
