Site Review
We kick things off with a quick 2 minute call to understand your site. Our team will then design a custom connectivity plan, ensuring full coverage across your facility.
Hardware Deployment
Each probe is calibrated for your unique site conditions before shipping. Your shipment includes:

- Upload Gateway
- Supporting Accessories
Gateway Setup
Plug your gateway into power and it will automatically connect to your Wifi or local cell network. Don't worry - we'll walk you through it with:
- A simple setup guide
- Phone or video call assistance
- Configuration with your IT team (if needed)
Probe Activation
Once your gateway is live:
- Place your probes into windrows or compost piles
- Open the Monty Pro Platform and sync each probe
- You'll start seeing data the same day
Platform Setup
You'll receive access to our cloud-based dashboard where we'll help you:
- Configure data upload schedules
- Set up your first reports and alerts
- Train your team (live sessions avialable)
Ongoing Use
Everything you need to know about using and maintaining your Monty Pro system.
Daily Use
Once your system is set up, Monty Pro works automatically in the background:
- Probes collect temperature data hourly
- Data is uploaded 3-6 times per day to your account
- You can check readings, export reports and monitor trends at any time
- Alerts notify you of any issues or temperature thresholds being crossed
